Adding a file in the Misc folder
Hi

The Misc folder seems to be an convenient place to store the com.apple.ibooks.display-options.xml file.

However, if I try to insert it using "existing files", it lands in the folder Text.

Is there a clean way to do it? I know it is possible to do it opening the EPUB, but there must be a better solution...
