And now it's almost 5:30 HERE on Sunday morning and I'm up, too, lol! I woke up at 3:30, read until 5, then finally just got up. My sleep is so messed up right now. Even melatonin isn't helping.
On the flip side of that, I really don't seem to NEED a lot of sleep. Most nights I get maybe 5 hours, but I don't seem to suffer from it so I guess that's all I need.
