I have a Fujitsu ScanSnap 300. It is page fed and can scan both sides at once. You can only feed about 8-10 pages at a time, but you can continue to feed pages to the same pdf and merge pdfs. It cost in the neighborhood of $250 a year or so ago. Check out the reviews at Amazon.
