Hi, I'm moving my collection of books over to empty kindle 3 (WiFi keyboard)
The collection is on a PC and numbers about 2,500 books in many directories,
named for content type.

I've tried to send over the first category (Non-Fiction 1) and create a category
of the same name. Then I moved over the second batch from a directory
(Non-Fiction 2).

Here is where the problem begins, In creating the second category, -ALL- the
books appear as possible to select for the second category, and there is no
indication of which are already in category 1.

This problem will continue to get worse, as there are over a dozen directories.
