More or less the usual: Direct 1:1 conversion from US Dollars to Euros.
Nice business for the sellers. Given the exchange rate, that's roughly a margin of 25%, if they can avoid VAT and customs...
I'm tempted, but I probably won't do it. I'm not a fan of eBay, as you never know who's your counterpart...
