And, should I actually try to order it I get this message:

In compliance with shipping regulations, some item(s) in your order cannot be sent to Toronto in Canada.

End of story. You cannot buy a Nook for shipping and use in Canada.

And as I said the first post, people use too ..this must be a NEW rule (as of a few months ago) they stopped it.
