When you click on the calibre Preferences icon (the gears) down at the bottom of the displayed page is a section labeled Advanced. The third option there is Miscellaneous.
Clicking on that displays a screen that has a large button titled "Debug Device Detection". Click that and copy the resulting output to the clipboard and then paste it into a message.
