Are you trying to release all of them as volumes though ? I can see than in some volumes there's several books and I believe it would be better to release all of the books included in these volumes separately.

That is still a question Bob and I are have yet to come to a final decision about. There is a certain magic in having the whole volume in one file. There are also advantages in keeping them as unique files. The final answer will be to put everything in single files and then produce the combined files as each volume.
