This problem has been consistent through all 7.x versions I've upgraded to.
I'm using a PC with 2 Gigs ram, windows 7 ultimate.
I attempt load a directory containing approx 10,000 pdf files. Calibre crashes anywhere after 20-35% are loaded into the db. This problem has occurred when I try other large directories of ebooks.

Any suggestions?
