OK - that trilogy has finally been put to bed. I enjoyed it, but it didn't get a "Wow!" response from me. I was a bit disappointed by how quickly the thing ended and how much the author leaned on a major earthquake for resolution.

I do own the sequel to the trilogy - The Harsh Cry of the Heron - but I think it might be a while before I read it.

Now, back to December's book club read - Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks.
