I'll nominate books by Japanese authors, where the author must have been born in Japan.
I'll also nominate books written between 1987 and 2002 (inclusive). That's right, the original (not re-release or re-publish, or new notes editions) must have been published between 1987 and 2002 inclusively. No 2003 books, no 1986 books.
