Hi Ixilyn. I got my PRS-600 last month and I love it! It's been easy to delete books and I've not had any 'syncing' issues with either the Sony software or Calibre. Plus with Calibre you can add tags so all of your nursing files would be together in one collection and easy to find. Hope yours arrives soon!
