TPB was hardly the first large torrent tracker, and will no doubt be followed by others. The media companies still haven't learned that shutting down the sites doesn't stop anybody. As soon as you kill one, another springs up. They can play that cat and mouse game forever and not accomplish anything.
You gotta know that someone has the backup tapes from the site - ready to load on a new site!
