Hi all, I've been told by Support that a Cybook firmware update is planned for release this month.
They asked my to send an example of a pdf image file which came up blank in the Cybook, which I dutifully did, and told them this was typical. They said they'd try to fix it.
They want people to send them, right now, information about improvements that can be made to the firmware:
support@bookeen.com.
Personally, I wouldn't advise bombarding them with endless requests for this or that bell and whistle - we all know the many things we'd like.
I think it's a better idea to send them specific info about bugs or lack of functionality (e.g. folders, navigation) that they can iron out with the update, rather than sending a wish list of all the great things they *could* do. JMHO.
Fingers crossed for the update. That trash button better work!
