Well, the fact that I have been a Linux user for ten years now played a big part in my choice of PocketBook over more closed platforms like Kindle or Sony.
The point here is that botj Onyx and PocktBook currently cater to the same segment of the market with the 9xx and Onyx 9x series: technical types, not afraid of a work-in-progress software.
