Last I heard Readium is (so far) strictly a Webkit/Chrome plug-in demonstrator.
After it is finalized then you *might* see its source code used as a reference for standalone epub3 reader apps.
But Readium itself is not going to be release outside browsers.
Do note that Readium is not intended for consumer use:
