Thanks for the answer. It worked!!!
I usually set (or check) books languages with Calibre, and it shows "Spanish" for Larousse dictionary as well as the books i read, so i don't knew what's wrong... But, in MobiDataEditor there are two extra fields for language: "Dictionary Input" and "Dictionary Output". It seems this two fields have to be correct for dictionaries to work properly.
After I corrected those fields (and after a restart), spanish dictionary started working. I only corrected dictionary, not books.
I attached a couple of images in case someone have the same issue.
