I'm really impressed by kobo's facebook page.
They have an excellent support section for questions, ideas, problems, and praise.
So you should check it out if you have a problem or a question.
That's the good news.
The bad news is how far behind they are in dealing with the support the users need. I hope they can catch up...many people are getting really po'd.
