Rootfs is mounted read-only. Invoke mntroot rw to switch back to a writable rootfs.

It's under SEND CUSTOM COMMANDS I believe, let me look
EDIT:
CNTRL + T opens a terminal.
CTRL + P open in putty
SHIFT CTRL +N - Local command prompt (etc...)
You should just use putty really
