There is a configuration problem causing the plugin to fail. The host name you are using, wlnonline.lib.overdrive.com, does not appear to be functional. It just redirects to the generic Overdrive site, search.overdrive.com.

I did some searching and found the Westmoreland Library Network (WLN) with an Overdrive site of westmoreland.lib.overdrive.com. Perhaps that is the one you want to use?
