Best one I've found OTC is Ayr Sinus Rinse. Very simple, pre-measured packets of saline, use 1 for 7% (same as body tissues) solution. Nasty to use: shower is best place. But it's a fast fix for exposure to the day's irritants, or especially if you just got a face full of mold.
Used during a sinus infection, with appropriate attention to sterilization of the bottle (dishwasher) it will help a lot.
