JBL repair/replacement
Anyone out there know whether these people are still in business? On 12/28 I shipped a JBL the the NY facility for replacement due to screen flickering. I packaged it as instructed and had the product return code printed on the outside of the box as instructed. Checked with the USPS and found the package was received on 01/03 and I have not heard a word since.
I have written them 3 times and have not even had an automated response. I'd like to know what the status is on the replacement or repair of the unit I returned. I liked the unit and have now done without for over a month.
