Pixel QI doesn't actually produce products for the end user market.
It's up to the device manufacturer's to do that. Notion Ink is not Pixel QI, or vice versa.
Back in April Notion Ink acknowledged their June 2010 release date was overly optimistic and they were waiting to get a device that fully supported flash out of the box. I believe late summer to early fall were mentioned.
But Pixel QI is selling screens, you just aren't seeing them in consumer products yet.
