"Kissing the Gunner's Daughter" by Ruth Rendell
Just a "heads up" for those who, like me, are Ruth Rendell collectors. "Kissing the Gunner's Daughter" was the only one of her "Inspector Wexford" books not to be available as an ebook - apparently there was some sort of rights issue with it. I've just noticed that it's now available (in the UK at least), so I can finally get rid of my paperback copy!
