@xor_: A bit late now, but, besides using ixtab's recue pack, it might also have been recoverable if USBNet was enabled at boot . (Or, if it weren't running 5.3, by using a tweaked 'ninja' jb [it's ine the JB package, and one is attached somewhere here, check my attachments list]).
