A kindly reader has told me that my old title for
Remix,
Heart of Rock, appears in the metadata.
I'm not sure how to change this. I spent a long time getting a properly-formatted text, and can't remember all the stages - particularly since I was simultaneously preparing the book for Kindle and a paperback version.
I'd be grateful if anyone can advise me how to fix this.
