Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I bought a brand new PRS-500, and download a lot of books to read. However, I recognize that , not all the .pdf files are read by the reader.

For example, below are 2 files that can be read/viewed by Acrobat reader (in my laptop), but not by the reader.

Anyone has any idea???
