I encounter this problem all the time! The way I would go about it (what I found to be the easiest solution), is check if the book is available in the
it kindle store, then copy and paste the exact title in the US/CA Kindle store. If you are lucky, they will have it - no messing with the account settings necessary.
With Calibre, you can convert it to any format with a single click.
