You can use "Quick Links" just above your user name on the top right side.

Click on "Subscribed Threads" in the drop down menu.

Then choose to "View all subscribed threads"..

There is a box on the right side of each thread..

At the very bottom of all the threads is another drop down menu where you can choose which notification for the checked thread.
