I was able to buy from Handango. I had an account from an old PDA. They don't show the eDGe, and it took some fiddling, but I got them to accept me as an Android (generic) user. Haven't visited them for a while. I'll go see if it still works.

Yup! Just click "Android" on the top left and you don't have to choose a device.
