It is just not in my nature to jump straight to "file a bug." First I find out why it is doing something by asking. Then once I understand what is going on I would look at it again knowing it is not a bug and wonder how it can be made clearer. I would then submit an
Enhancement request (fourth paragraph) suggesting possible changes in the wording of the pop-up message.
