simply lift the brown flap with a nail from your fingers. It is only used to hold the flat cable in the socket. The flat cable has two sides:
- on top the ends are reinforced with some hard plastic (the light blue parts)
- on the other side, the conductive ends of the wires in the flat cable are visible, this part must be pushed onto the mainboard
Then pull down the brown flap again (pressing down on the light blue plastic parts) to hold the flat cable in its place...

It's really easy, just try to connect and disconnect the flat cable a few time, you'll get a better feeling for it.
