Would you provide some more details of this:

USBnet is what provides the sshd service.
Please tell us what works and what does not work.

Have you tried to re-install USBnet?
It was updated yesterday.

You will have to use MrPI to install packages to 5.6.<anything>

Thanks, It's very luckly that KUAL call shell script still with user root.
After reinstall usb/network and KPVBooklet, it's working proper now.

The only thing is root passwd is unknow after upgrade.
One small hack to reset passwd is add my id_rsa.pub ssh key to kindle, and edit the AutorizedKeysFile under usbnet/etc/sshd_config
AuthorizedKeysFile /mnt/us/usbnet/etc/authorized_keys
And reset passwd after ssh into kindle...
