That's a very odd example, Bookworm_Girl. Why would they bother to type out and include a disclaimer and not simply update the index?
It demonstrates why people think the publishing companies are intentionally trying to sabotage ebooks. (I don't know if it's true, but people sure think it is, like as is shown in
this thread).
