We bag our own tea, we buy water dispensers to make sure the water is at the right temperature. We buy nice mugs and tea pots. Most of us would be pretty unhappy if our tea went away. Heck, there are some folks who might even have physical reaction to the loss of the caffeine.

I would call that a vice.

Working on my second cup of sencha. Nicely made in a purple cast iron tea part with water heated to 175 degrees and steeped for precisly 1 minute.
