The simple answer is to export the contents of the Bookmark table in the old database. Then load these into the table in the new database.

The above should work as long as:

- The books are in the same directory
- The names of the books did not change
- There are no files in "Digital Editions\Annotations". If there are, delete these first.

If you have purchased some kepubs and made annotations, these should have been synced to the Kobo server and back. I would recommend that you not include these when you do the export or load. The rows you want will have "VolumeID like '%file:///'".
