I'm not sure that FBReader's font size is accurate, but it is closer than CR's. The device has 167 ppi, and I think CR may be assuming there are 72 ppi (i.e. 1 pt = 1 ppi). I've seen advice that the ppi be set to a multiple of 12 (i.e. 168 ppi rather than 167 ppi), but I don't know how much that matters.
