Youe Kobo (file) Storage has an error (unfortunatly, a common
, problem with e-readers).
Use the disk check and repair utility on your PC to fix the 'kobo' device drive letter (In windows: In 'My computer': Right-click on the Kobo-device drive-letter: Select Properties.
Click the 'tools' tab
In the Error checking section: click 'Check Now'
Tick 'Automatically fix...'
Click the start button just below that
