(1) I've converted this book (using Calibre) to ePub & added a TOC (using SIGIL).
RWood's private mailbox is full. Any interest in and way to share my efforts? It's still close to 2MB file size.
(2) Although RWood only discusses Lourdes, the ebook trilogy is complete and includes the other 2 trilogy cities, Paris & Rome.
