It's working fine for me.

If you're still having problems, please post story URL(s) that show the problem. Even better would be a copy of the 'View Log' text from the 'proceed with updating your library' dialog, and (ideally), the debug output from using FFDL after running calibre with "calibre-debug -g" from a command line prompt.
