I tried to install an application and got the fatal error/alert. If I had come here I would have solved the problem sooner. Thanks to frequent backups and some tech support I recovered my data. So the Prism is working fine now. I may need help when I get my new T|E. It will be my first time changing to a new device. When I get it I will look for you here. Thanks.
