Ich bin mit dem Buch durch, seit gestern. Wenn ich den Autor des Buches nicht gekannt hätte - auf E.A.Poe wäre ich nie gekommen

Es war gut lesbar, aber an Spannung hat es mir doch etwas gemangelt.

Und am Schluss, als es dann begann, etwas geheimnisvoll zu werden - die Insel, die merkwürdigen Zeichen, das Verhalten der Einwohner, die Topografie - wurde leider nichts weiter dazu geschrieben, nichts davon wurde für den Leser aufgelöst
