I'm in Canada. I ordered my Kindle wifi via Amazon.com in January, and my Kindle 3G a little over a month ago.
Both came with the same two dictionaries: the Oxford Dictionary of English, and the New Oxford American Dictionary.
No French dictionary, tant pis :-D
