That doesn't make sense. You're speaking of a problem that's due in part because of over-sexualisation of society. You see perfect, beautiful naked or near-naked bodies everywhere, which leads to a skewed perception of what is "normal", which most often than not does not match what you see in your mirror.

This has nothing to do with shame, it's more of a "don't be naked in public" sort of thing. Kind of like "use a knife and fork to eat your food" and "don't fart in the elevator" type rules that lets us live with each other.
