I'm not getting any errors/warnings re my image tags (which all have alt tags). In fact,
before adding in that line of code for the audio file (and the audio file itself) I had no errors at all, just a couple hundred "warnings" all related to my links.
And re my OPF file (I presume you mean the content.opf file), here it is, attached...
