I found another press release that mentioned the eb20, this time by Cambridge University. The description of the software is basically the same.

I wonder if it is based on their
http://www.eblib.com:/ stuff. They seem to have some technology at that site for libraries but perhaps it is adapted to Dymocks in some fashion. So far it seems very confusing as to what was announced.
