This depends on what you would consider to be ugly. There has been a lot of work put into putting books onto this site. As some others have suggested, you could format them yourself using a program like Sigil. Or you can go to some of the commercial sites and pay for some of those ugly formatted ebooks. The choose is yours really.
By the way, Sigil is not really a hard program to learn how to format ebooks.
