I have the iPad 1 and am starting to experience sporadic battery issues and automatic shutdowns. Nothing I can’t live with, but I see the writing on the wall. Since I use my iPad on a daily basis, I am anxiously awaiting today’s announcement of enhancements of the iPad3. I would still go for the WIFI though.
