i don't know anything about usb charger for the ebookwise 1150, but in case it could be useful for you here is all the information about the power adapter i found (i am sure there are other brands, and maybe the same one is not available in Czech Republic). All this information is from the box.

I forgot to mention, you must also choose whether the positive current is in the center or the outside : on mine, the tips are attached with 2 small prongs, with a "+" and "-" on opposite sides next to the prongs ; to determine the center-positive, the "+" must be plugged in on the same side as the word "tip" on the end of the wire.
