I have the worst problems trying to read the manual! I have tried firefox and (shudder) IE but I get nothing to read. For instance: If you type ebook-convert at the CL you get a URL for more info in the manual:
http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/user_m...onversion.html

When I go there this is the page that comes up:

as you see there is no info here, just a search box and I don't know what I want to searh on, I just want to browse.
Can some guide me?
